How much ($$$) should it cost to finish a basement with a non-drywall system? The basement is 860 sq/ft.?

Question:I am looking to see what kind of estimates are reasonable from a contractor to do the work and want to make sure I am not getting ripped off. Please include a what you base your answer on (experience, you are a contractor...etc) ad what you think the price would be. Thanks!

I went to the local home show this Spring and learned that Owens-Corning does free estimates for their basement-finishing systems. I plan to take them up on it when my own house is closer to being ready.
