Fix "flea bites"?. small chips? How?

Question:I have asked other glass groups how to fix those "flea bites", but there was no answer from them. Oh Pooh!
I now have a dremmel tool and a soft bit, hoping this might help. Husband gave me a quick 101 on general use (guy's point of view).
I have also heard (can't remember where now) that a product called "Glass Magic" might help..
These little "flea bites" I consider small chips from the dishwasher (someone else's). These drinking glasses were a thrift store find.
