I'm thinking of having 3 Day Blinds consult on my windows. Do they do a good job w/blinds? Is it a good value?

Question:I am undecided about blinds or shades, and I don't think I will be able to install them myself. I like the idea that 3 Day Blinds actually comes to my home to consult, but I want to make sure that they won't give me the hard sell or make me feel uncomfortable if I decide not to buy. But I think they might have the product for me, provided it's not too expensive.

Figure out your budget before you call them. Be reasonable about the number (blinds are so much more expensive than it seems like they should be) but be firm in the number when you call them. The salesperson who comes to your home does have latitude in the price. Don't let them hardsell. And yeah, they do a nice job. I check them out every now and then for new ideas.
