Where do I find pully devices for vertical blinds?

Question:The plastic chain won't turn the inside wheel, thus the blinds won't turn to let daylight in or out. My zip code is 60064. USA.

I've had draperies like that with pully devices but I've never had chains on them. Usually it's like clotheseline rope instead. And you buy that rope where you'd buy blinds and pull shades, and then just string the rope yourself (it comes with directions). I suspect that if it's with a chain then there is no lubricant to allow it to work. IF you feel that's the problem and that 3-in-1 oil would make it move then try it. Sometimes oil will work, sometimes there is a special jelly, but I prefer the oil.
