Just do a search through google with keywords like "interior design photos" or "interior decorating virtual tour."
Or you can search real estate in high profile areas like Malibu, or even view virtual tours of expensive hotel rooms.
Lots of areas have decorated home tours. In the Dallas area there is the Parade of Homes and the profits go towards the Make A Wish Foundation.
New housing developments usually have model homes which you can tour for free. You will see rooms decorated by professional interior designers and every theme, color combination or type (child, adult, infant) of room you can imagine. You can also tour real estate agent's open houses in high disposable income zip codes in your area for free if there is no new developments near to where you live.
I agree about checking out model homes. You could also see if there is a Decorator Showhouse in your area. While they can be a bit over the top, you might come away with some ideas that you can do yourself or find similar items for the same feel.
Go to hgtv.com. They have links to all different designer rooms. You can search by room, theme and designer. I got lots of good ideas from there.
