Where can I find (not online) an oversized, acrylic martini glass?
Question:I'm talking BIG - like 11" by 9." I know you can buy them online, but I need it NOW, so if you know of a store in Dallas that sells them, please let me know!

You can try Bed, Bath and Beyond and Linens
'n Things. Also, Pier One Imports is a good place but the others will have a lot more to choose from. Also, you might try Williams and Sonoma if you have one in Dallas near you. Also, if you look at a patio shop that has lawn furniture and pool furniture you might find some there in their patio supply section. Also, try Kohl's. They seem to have a large entertainment section for outdoor entertaining. What you're needing is outdoor entertaining things and right now is a good time to look. Even Macy's has the plastic (acrylic) glasses, pitchers, plates etc and best of all, a lot of places are putting these on sale now, believe it or not because they'll be on clearance soon. Fall merchandise <<sigh>> will soon be appearing, as early as July. So, go NOW and buy soon!! GOOD LUCK!!
Out shopping this weekend, I saw some at Wal-Mart and the Big Lots. I picked mine up at the Big Lots because they were LOTs (couldn't resist the pun) cheaper than at Wal-Mart. In mine, they had clear and colored, just awesome for a patio martini party.
I agree about Big Lots: I have found a lot of goodies there. Or you might find something in other close-out stores.

Check your restaurant supply stores they may have what you are looking for. Also if there are any Pier One stores in your area, they tend to have cool suff like that.

For a size that big I would try a party supply store or perhaps a liquor store.
I don't now if you have this craft store called micheals i know for sure they have big martinit classes and wine glasses
so big you can put fish in them
