What do you think of milgard windows?

My uncle has built several custom homes. He always uses Milgard. The house that he built for himself is 31 years old. One of the sliding doors broke about 6 months ago (6 months out of warranty) but he called Milgard and they replaced it anyway! I think the warranty is now lifetime for the original owner rather than 30 years.
He swears by them.
And Moen for the faucets.
