I don't know what your willing to spend but.. I just bought my son a bunk bed that has two huge draws under it.(you can fit a whole dressers worth in them). And each bed has a book shelf headboard. Then look into a loft bed (which can be built pretty easily) for the third child. You can put a desk, dresser, shelves whatever under it. If you have a handy husband you could have these pretty cheap.
Then organize...you can look almost anywhere for ideas. Use wall and even ceiling space if you have to.
Good Luck!!
Is finishing off a room in the bast. an option?
Section off their spaces with those folding screens. We used a picture one in our daughters room so our stepdaughter has her own "space" when she comes to visit. It may look a little weird, but it does the job and they love their little "rooms" If you get one long enough, they will be able to have it wall to wall and open it kinda like a door when they want to leave their little "room" This sounds odd, but trust me, it works
