There's all kinds of places. Just search google for "free house floor plans."
That's gonna be one big house!
you can do a Internet search on homes of that size as well as the home depot book. My mom just had a house built and its not that big but she got most of her ideas from other home builders that had built large homes. So you can look up large homes in your area and see if you can grab some ideas from them and mix them with others and make your own plans that way and not use some that are already done. I know that my first large home will be the way I want it and no one will ever have set plans for the house I want.
