Shower Liners?
Question:Help? I have a problem where water leaks out of the side of my shower curtain closer to the showerhead and onto the bathroom floor. I am not sure if my showerhead causes too much water to spread because it is kind of high, or if my shower liner is not wide enough or if I need a shower curtain that looks like a window curtain with the valence and side curtains, etc. In the past I put down a few towels on the side to soak up the water so it doesn't end up on the floor, but that is not a graceful way of living. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a tub with a shower, but its the kind that is like in the hotel rooms...its not like an old 1950s tub that sits in the middle of the bathroom. I just don't want water to keep going on the floor.

Have I got GREAT NEWS for you! I used to be an apartment manager and we had this problem ALL THE TIME and it caused stains on the downstairs apartment ceilings.
Here is what you do. Go to a place like Home Depot or Lowe's. They have these things that are about 4 or 5 feet high and about 8 inches wide that fit into the corner between your tub and the wall at each end. They deflect ANY water back into your tub! I'm going to find them at a website so you can see a picture and then I'll edit this post with that information.
OK! Here's a GREAT picture of the tub guards:

I'll find them at a store and edit again...
OK.. couldn't find them at a store, yet, but you can order them from Amazon.com at this web address:

Notice, too, that they were given a FIVE STAR RATING!!
Good luck!
Try for your shower time to push your curtain up on the ledge and against the wall. We have to do that here all the time or our floor will get wet also. Our 7 year old even knows to do this as well.
