I think you would be ok with the electrical openings but you would definetly have to do something about the windows. As long as the door is closed you should be ok. Todays aluminum paint should do the trick. It actually has aluminum chips in it. 3 coats will probably do the trick. For total coverage you can tape wire mesh screens to the walls around outlets and switches. You could cut aluminum strips and tape it to the door after it's painted. Just make sure that when taping, you do not use double sided tape. Just use a good 2" masking tape.

Nope. Grounded or not you still have windows and doors,ventilation, electrical, and plumbing openings.
