Townhome Rennovations?
Question:I'm thinking of buying a townhome in a year, but it will probably be an older townhome. I prefer the more modern look though, with the newer plumbing, but was wondering how much plumbing remodeling would cost me so I can start saving up for that. I'd much rather do the plumbing first then worry about the other stuff later. Thanks!

Plumbing costs can vary greatly. It reall depends on the work that has to be done. I think the target to save would be around $5000. However, whenever you get the home inspected, the inspector will tell you if any of the plumbing needs to be replaced.
