Answers:
yes it can with accustic matting underneath ,dont know how much
Not really enough details, but if your looking for a wooden floor to go over a concrete floor you could use a laminate flooring, it runs about$4-$6 a square foot for material, installation would be extra.
yes you can lay a wooden floor on a concrete one you need to lay some polythene as a damp proof and then some wooden flooring underlay on top of that then you can lay the wood of your choice...
price depends on quality
Materials can run any where's from $2.50 - $4.00 a square foot depending on the wood species. It is not recommended to put real wood on a concrete substrate, moisture is a killer of wood. However you can apply a laminate purgo type flooring which is comparable in price
Go to your local home improvement store (HD or Lowes) and check out their flooring department. You'll find a variety of floors that can be installed over concrete. Typical laminate will run you about 3-4 dollars/ square foot. Pretty easy to install. You can either glue down or insatll a floating floor, which basically lays down and snaps together.
God knows
real wood flooring is about £25 per square mtr and you need a underlay which is moister resistant for concrett
you need 120 sq feet
I can't quote you a price but I do know you can put it over concrete. If its outside make sure its pressure treated.
u need 11sq metres and yes it can go over concrete either by battening it over first then boarding and insulating if floors rough or if screeded smooth an acoustic fibre underlay would b suitibleur looking at roughly £30/60 a sq meter for solid wood flooring and approx £40 for underlay labour ur looking at around £150 minimum thats just for straight over a screeded floor..add an extra 200inc materials if floor needs to b battened..so ur not going to get much change out of £1000 lol do u want my number?
