How should I prepare/paint the walls in a mobile home?

Are they peeling now? If so then you'll have to peel and strip it all off. If they aren't, use a primer on the walls first. You can have primer tinted to the color of paint you are going to use. Then paint the walls.

Any of your local home improvement stores can assis you with all the tools needed. Lowes is my favorite.
