These days the "big box" home improvement stores are your best bet. I've seen them there at times for less than 30 bucks. But be forewarned, you get what you pay for. If it's for continuous use, or you need it to run absolutely silently, the cheapies are a bad buy in the long run. Also, get the largest one you can afford as they move more air per RPM.
