We just put down tile---it is a matte finish look. My husband would prefer it to have some shine to it.?
Question:How could we do this and not make it look bad?

I have installed tile for 12 yrs. If it is ceramic tile the only thing I would suggest is to take an extra piece of tile and wax it before you do the floor. There are some companies that provide refinishing of tile and reglazing, but if you just spent alot of money on new tile maybe you could remove a few tiles and add some tiles with some brighter color of just with more gloss. hope that helps

If it was a natural stone you can put a color enhancer on it. If it is porcelain it is not easy to change the appearance of the tile. The purpose of no shine is so that you will not slip on the tile. Good Luck. Hope you come to like your tile.
