I'm remodeling my front porch and am looking for an inexpensive way to cover the ugly glue left from astroturf
Question:I want to remove the ugly green astro turf and paint the wood white but the glue to attach the turf is visible. Is there an inexpensive way to improve my front porch?

"...take a bucket of hot soapy water made with Dawn dishwashing liquid, alot of old towels and plastic dropcloths. Put some of the soapy liquid in a spray bottle, spray the area thoroughly and then soak towels in bucket, squeeze out a little and cover the affected area. Cover that with plastic, overnight, next morning with a putty knife scrape up the mess, it comes off like butter."
try sanding it down if the glue is hard if not try to desolve it with a thinner
