Hi, it sounds creative. If I were doing it I would worry about my ability to match the lines of colors on all four walls of the room. You might want to try using a different shade of pink on each of the walls. One other thought-if your room faces the south, pink is a warm tone color and can make the room seem "hotter." I use warm colors for rooms that face the north to give them a "sunnier" disposition. Good luck and have fun decorating.

You're going for a monochromatic pinkish color scheme which is great if you like it...! It's relaxing and a little warm at the same time... a fine painter will get u wxactly what u dsire... so don't worry about that!
Yet in order for such scheme not to be boring you should be using some more white in the furnishing and accessories... maybe other neutrals if you wish, like gray or beige but not both! also use bolder and brighter degrees of pink...
also feel free to use the patterns and texture that you love and vary them as much as possible, this'll also break the monotony...
I think your room will be fantastic and fun, specially that you'll be getting a lot of visits from that Pink Panther... Lucky U!
I hope I have helped you... Good luck!
If you buy the darkest shade of pink you want and also white, you can mix several different shades. Using a paint spray gun and different mixes, you can start dark and then slowly go to light near the top. You won't have a defined line distinguishing between the different shades. It will all blend.
