I am a handyman and am haveing a hard time making money?


Question:I am finding work But everyont tells me they need one. Most handymen image seems like an Old Fat drunk who is out of work. It seem like you cant make good money doing this stuff. I am good at it But seems like customers treet you as a day worker. is Handyman a Bad Name?

It may be code for broke down and lazy, try 'Jack of all Trades' or try advertising with your best assets, such as: Concrete repair, Lawn maintenance etc.

I know what you mean. I'm an automotive technician and I despise the name "mechanic". Maybe you can call yourself a home repairman, or home technician.
'handyman" is like a day worker out of work, A man here in florida uses "husband for a day" and there is another guy that uses "honey do" they are always busy
