Im redesigning my room...?
Question:My mom and dad will buy all the paint and new furniture for it. Its a small room, and I want a surfer-like atmosphere. I'm going for the colors lime green, kind of a light tan, pastel orange, and dark blue. any tips to make it look totally awesome?

Use boogie boards as shelves, use a surfboard as a valance over a window and attach with L brackets and set a rod for drapes. Or you can get raffia and make a small hut shade over your window and tiki heads as poles holding up the hut.
For your bed you could have your parents buy a water bed so when you hop on to the bed its like riding a wave.

There is this store called Ikea where you can get lots of cool stuff for it. They only have a couple stores around the US but they have mail order. My cousins decorated her room like that and got a ton of stuf from Ikea.
