I need decorating advice. What color do I paint my archways in my lounge room?

Question:My house is beige color and I have recently painted a feature wall scarlet red and hung a gold leaf buddah face on chocolate brown wood backing. The archway is still beige, as are the opposite walls I have left. The carpet is also a matching beige/cream color. When you look past the archway, you see the kitchen, also in beige tones with a terrracotta tiled floor and black granite benchtop.
