Saltillo tile?

Question:can saltillo tile be used over existing concrete where I park my car and if so will driving on it rub off the shiny sealer?

Answers:
Saltillo can be laid over concrete. I think it would probably crack/break if you drover over it.

Can you? Yes. Will it rub off the sealer - Absolutely. Saltillo is not a maintenance free type of tile. It is porous and is a natural clay. It is not good in areas that have frost. The sealer has to be replaced depending on useage and with a car running over it, the sealer will have to be replaced relatively often. I agree that it is very pretty, but maintenance is a chore.
