I have 2 painted shot glasses stuck together, HELP!! Any suggestions/ideas?
Question:Shot glasses came from Hawaii & Florida. Gifts from friends & family. There are everyday kind of shot glasses you find in gift shops for the tourists. They both have painted scenes, words, etc.

try WD-40 spray or PAm cooking spray.
You could try soaking them in some water and hopefully the water will seep between them and help them "float" apart. While they're soaking, some gentle encouragement or tapping from you might also help. Good luck.
what kind of paint (base)?
Place ice cold water into the top glass while holding the bottom in hot (not boiling) water for approx. 30 seconds. Remove and carefully pull them apart. The cold will constrict while the heat expands and they should pull free.
just put the glasses in the freezer (it will shrink them .001 - .003 which is enough to pull them apart easily without breaking them. Freeze them for one hour up to 4..but no more at one time.
