Question:How can I protect myself in the event that someone gets injured on the job... any forms I can use to protect myself or any other advice.

Any person you hire to work around your house - should be covered by their own insurance. Check to see that they are;
or a contract releaseing you from medical responsibility has to be signed...check with your local city laws !
