I am not sure I understand your problem. Cutting the wall piece should not be a problem any more than cutting any other piece. I bought an expensive motorized cutter that uses water.and it was too slow. I bought a hand cutter and it sped up the laying of the tile.
if you are using a wet saw just mark corner to corner and cut if using a cracker it should have a 45 attachment
