Leveling house?


Question:i'm trying to get my house level and rised 12'' some of my floor is caveing in i have an old wood frame house built in the 1950's what i want to no is if I lift the house should i have the house lifted first or the floor fixed first thanks darren.

Is there a basement? are you lifting the foundation or just the house? it will probly save you some time from doing things twice if you finish raising and leveling the house and then fix the floor.
