What is the best way to remove paint from a concrete basement wall?
Question:Might have to remove old paint in order to apply waterproofing, any ideas?

if it's oil based you may have to sand blast it
How about a powerwasher and then use a dehumidifier to help dry it out before applying your waterproofing?
