Color scheme?

Question:For my master bedroom, I am planning to paint the walls caramel with a gold metallic faux finish, carpet and wood trim will be French Vanilla. What accent color(s) should I use?

The master bath is chocolate brown and white.

Answers:
That sounds absolutely beautiful!

I would think some rich red tones would make good accents like cranberry, burgandy or wine, or maybe even maroon.

hope it helps :-)

Blue
oooooo that sounds yummy. u could pull some of that choc. br in as well as pick a pretty deep red/maroon or deep green goes well w/ copper. Some blue-greens look good also but i like what i mentioned lst... send me a pix when u'r done. That sounds awsome.
Get a color wheel (lots online you can look at). Find your color - in this case, the vanilla - go straight across to find one main accent color, or make a triangle pattern with your main color being one of the points, and get TWO accent colors. You probably won't actually find a vanilla color per se, but use a brown instead or whatever color on which vanilla is based, and you'll get the same result.
reds
moss green and daffodil yellow
