Is it possible to buy a fake crystal stone with an already drilled hole in the top?

Question:my mom has a plastic hanging decoration that has a fake crystal stone from the bottom of it. she says needs a new stone. we have one on another decoration but its hanging in my room and not sure if i want to let her cut it off. is there anywhere to buy a stone that we don't need to drill a hole in for the string?
