Or Benjamin Moore has a web site www.benjaminmoore.com on the site you can see all there colors and then they will send you actual samples that you can use to paint samples to see if you like it on the wall. Try to pick serious colors however the samples are $5.00 each. Once you found something you like take part of the sample and go to a Ben Moore dealer or make a small sample on paper and take the color number to your favorite paint store and they will match it for you. Ben Moore has as well as most dealers different lines of paint. Usually they have a good better best but beware of the good, stick with a middle line or the top grade because the cheapest is builder grade and will take multiple coats to cover. Purple is the color of royalty. Green makes you feel calm and centered because it makes you feel renewed.

why not a soft creamy milk chocolate color with soft pink accents - then you can add cream colored pillows, curtains etc and you can either really make it pretty with soft pink candles and fake cherry blossoms, or go for more subtle with more of the chocolate color.
It will still be feminine without being too over the top "girly"
