Does wrapping a home with fanfold insulaton before the bricks are laid expose the home to any danger?

It is not done in Indiana. I couldn't see where it would hurt or why you would need to. I have seen where they do brick against styro sheathing, on tract houses. But your best bet is just OSB or plywood back there, and house wrap.
