Going to camp with theme of awards show?? need ideas on decorating?

Question:The question pretty much explained it all, but I am a camp counselor and I need ideas to decorate my cabin for an Awards show. It is a church camp so please nothing too bad. It can have decorations outside if they are water-proof, but if not then, it can't. I've thought of two ideas but I need more. There is going to be all girls in my cabin from the ages of seven to about nine or ten.
