Does anyone have any good ideas on how to keep..?
Question:Like old letters from friends, birthday cards. that type of stuff. I'm in the process of packing for a move and I really want to keep a lot of that kind of stuff. (and I'm truly not a pack-rat.. I only want to keep the sentimental stuff) I know there is really no reason to keep it if it will just be packed away forever. Does anyone have any good ideas?

I have this huge,antique box that I decorated with photos of my friends and I and with different designs and I put everything in there and I keep it in my room,under my bed...I look back on things in there every now and again...or when my friends come over we look back on them. =)---If you have alot of things that you want to keep you should probably find something big to put everything in...less clutter =)

Scrapbooking is an awesome way to keep memorabilia like that. If you are not that creative there are pre cut/pre designed scrapbooks that you can just follow the directions on and have a masterpiece in no time. You can also make a collage of fun stuff like that to frame and put on a wall... push come to shove buy a nice decorative box, like the ones they sell in Pier1 or IKEA and label it "memories" or something and store them inside so you can place the box on a book shelf or display case.
