Most kiosks and store that sell incense also sell candle snifters, usually brass.

Try gift shops at hospitals- weird, but they might have it! Also Yankeecandle.com or a craft store.

I have seen candle snifters at Garden Ridge, Target, antique stores. I am sure you can look at target.com and order it online. I have a real cute brass one and it came from Kirklands years ago. Good Luck!
Most any gift shop or candle shop should have them.Just ask for a candle snuffer.
Partylite Candles has a few that are really nice. I'm sure you can find them at any candle store, Pier 1 imports too.
Wal mart, K mart or any store like that. If you want something a bit nicer, you can go to Yankee Candle and get one.
