HELP! Windmill has no intention of finishing our pool!!?

Question:We have a hole with the walls caving in. We need some advice. Finish it ourselves with subcontractors or find a pool company to finish it. We are already out 10,000. Any suggestions?

sue him already!! have a lawyer check into his assets and if they are not into bankruptcy then sue to get your money back plus for having to find someone else to finish the job.
