This is going to be a bad job. If you think for a minute you can just haul off and paint a house without any prep work you are nuts. I have seen cases where people painted over dirt, coccoons, peeling paint, without any attempt to scrape or clean it first. Your paint will fall off real quick. I wouldn't pay you a dime if that's the way you work.
Two-thirds of the job should be prep work, and you are not even asking about that..
