That doesn't sound very powerful for cooking. Have you considered getting a gas cooker,and using lpg bottle.? You can either buy a camp stove or a single hob. Very easy to use. Quite economical. Just have to find somewhere safe to put them up.Other than that , I don't know. Good Luck!
