How do i stop air bubbles from forming when painting on metal?
Question:i have recently taken to repainting/decorateing my room i have a set of metal doors covering my closet i tried to paint them but a bunch of little air bubbles formed when it dried how do i stop that

Sounds like a result of two things.
#1 - metal needs to be thouroughly cleaned and sanded before repainting; not down to bare metal, just get the "gloss" off.
#2 - use the appropriate primer as base coat and lightly sand the primer coat when cured (dry). The finish paint label will specify the primer necessary. If not, ask your paint store man.
u put too thick of a layer. u should sand it down, primer it, then paint it. im assuming u use spray paint, cuz it does that. so does nail polish. 3 thin coats r better than one thick coat. make sure it dries well b4 the next coat.
sounds like you used latex. sand them down and get some Rustoleum paint works great
