Interior painting problems?

Question:I am painting my bedroom I have cut along top of the ceiling. I have rolled the rest of the wall. For some reason, I cannot get the area where I cut with the brush as darkness as the rolled area. I have brushed about 4 times along the top and only rolled twice.

Any suggestions?

Answers:
I had the same problem while repainting my entire home. I got tired of having to paint several more coats around the trim with my paint brush to get the same coverage the rolled areas had. I am not sure what you mean by "cut along the ceiling", but here is a link for the item I used to get even coverage in areas I couldn't reach with my roller. You can find these anywhere (Ace, Home Depot, Lowes, probably even Wal-Mart). Good luck and don't get too frustrated! It will look great when you finish!

Get a little roller to roll along that area, it looks much nicer than a brush.
