How to stain a deck?

Question:

Answers:
the best time to stain a deck is directly upon completion of construction. the wood is fresh and clean with no defects. to stain your materials before construction is not unheard of.
otherwise the surface ,then, needs superfluous sanding to clean the surface again. then the stain may be applied with a brush.
people do use spray applications but it only sits on the surface and is easily worn. the brush technique works the product right into the grooves, as it were.
