I am building a 15' x 15' patio copver, any roofing ideas?
Question:Iam building a 15x15 patio cover. So far I have set my 4x4 posts on 7.5' centers . I would like to make a hipped roof where all the sides meet in the center. I am a novice if there ever was one, so if anybosy has any info such as diagrams, pics or advice of how to continue I would greatly appreciate it.

Only that there is a light weight plastic that is tinted that you can use for the roof. Check it out to see if it is available in you area.
Once you get the roofing you will know what you will have to do with the framing. It is light weight so your framing need not be as elaborate.
I would figure out the angle of my roof and with a bevel cut the ends so that they match then drill holes foe bolts to tie the first two together and then cut each piece accordingly and bolt together!
