Hey there,
actually, I purchased a "Deep Sofa" from their website about a month or so ago. I also got it with the "Mushroom PlushSuede" covers. So far, I have no complaints, only admire.
I think the main feature that I like personally is how modular they are. I am not happy with my media room often, and I can't stand having the same thing for more than a week, haha. So, having the ability to switch up my furniture helps out a lot.
As far as comfortable goes, they fit the bill. To tell you the truth, I have had friends over and they thought they looked pretty bad ***, but that they wouldn't support them. All in all, they were pretty surprised at the comfort they supply.
As far as durable goes, I'm not sure about the long term stability. Again, I have only had them for a couple weeks, so, I have not yet "put them to the test". But, they are actually made with wood frames, so I don't doubt that I could jump from my balcony and not only survive, but so would the furniture, haha.
All in all, I personally think it's an awesome product. If I had to rate it on a 1 to 10 scale, I would probably give Sactionals a 9, just because I never give anything a 10, unless it cures cancer or something.
Hope I've been at least a little bit of help.
