Does anyone know where I can find step-by-step instructions on how to build a concrete slab foundation?

Question:I would like to know of any websites that give step-by-step instructions on how to build a monolithic concrete slab foundation for a house that is 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. I have never poured a foundation before, so I thought about hiring someone to pour it for me, but that is tremendously expensive. The only thing that I would hire someone for is to dig the space for the slab foundation to be poured into, since this has to be absolutely precise for a good quality and sound foundation. So, does anyone out there know of a website that would give detailed steps on how to pour a concrete slab foundation? I would appreciate any information that you could give me.
