Anyone know any ideas for a teenage girl's bedroom but not too pink and pretty..more bright and funky?

I would definately go to Ikea. They always have really funky stuff for the bedroom, and they also have it all on display so you can get a better idea of how it will look. They're prices are also pretty inexpensive. Ikea also is always having a sale so if you would like to save some extra cash I would go during those days.
do you mean like, walls? and bedding? well if you do, this is what I have. I have whie ceilings, and light purple walls with dark purple texture bubbles. and then on my bedding I have a striped conforter. (green, pink, purple, orange, blue) and then for curtains I have pink. And little stuff on the walls I have pink, purple and green. It just kind of evens things out.
i just finished a room like this. i painted the walls mint green and i have pink rugs and chairs in there. it looks really cool. just make your room as wild as you can
my room is darkish purple and I'm painting a mural on one wall. If thats too dark, I'd go with a bright but rusty red.
I think a room done with contrasting colours to give it a bit of life/energy.the floor /could be a wooden varnished type.Then with the different colour scheme you can move around your furniture/stereo/tv .Hang your stuff on the walls .Plenty of mirrors .Test all the colours first... good luck

I hired a graffitti artist cost me £70 for one huge wall and i painted the rest of the room white.it is a work of art!
She could have a girlie car, flowers, my artist came with a portfolio of his work, or get your daughter to pick a picture and let him go away and put his spin on it!
