Good color to match to go with this furniture : http://www.spectrumhome4.com/purcha...
Question:i need a single color or a design idea to go with this: i orignally thought silver or a light grey but im still not sure about that
Answers:
If you want the furniture to "pop out", use pale green. Or anything in the green family, except lime green. If you want to set it back in the background, use a vibrant orange. Or if you don't like either, use a soft brown.
i would go with a forest green color or something jungle color related. but that's just me..
if the furniture is dark brown go with a soft light brown.
I couldn't see your furniture but read that it is dark brown. What color is your bedding? You do not have to "match" the furniture with the paint color! How drab and boring, you might as well paint the room beige and give up! But don't, you have so many options. I recently painted my daughter's room with a color from the background of her sheets. Many paint stores have computer imaging technology that can create paint colors to match virtually anything you bring them that the computer can take a picture of. So find something you love and chose a color from it and have the paint made! Good luck!
I love silver & light grey but I don't think it'll go well w/dark brown. Light blue is amazing though w/dark brown!
Gray and dark brown look amazing together. Not to mention its so neutral that you can accent with almost anything. I really like it with pea green or burnt orange (or both).
I generally prefer a warmer gray to a cooler one.
You don't have to go too light with the gray, either. Especially if you do the trim in a light cream or white.
