I am looking for a beautiful armoire in the brown tones, maybe even w/a print. I'm not being successful.?
Question:I've been looking online and in furniture stores. I'm not wanting that particle board or plastic look. Any suggestions?

can you buy secondhand, perhaps an auction? Most new furniture is less well-made than it used to be.
Go to a higher end furniture store for wood or better quality veneer. They aren't selling because bedroom tvs are now too big to fit into them. Macy's, Dillard's or even Pottery Barn are also options.
