I am selling my flat?
Question:I was just whating to know. I have just got new window and it is on hire purchise and could I get the next onwer to take it on under the selling agreament as if I sold the flat and moved some where els I would just be paying for the windows when I move

The debt for the window must be repaid in full at the time of completion of sale. Make arrangements for your solicitor to settle this for you during the sale transaction
No - you cannot transfer debt in that way. Just increase the selling price of the flat so you can repay the windows loan.
no you took out the loan it is your debt sorry stuck with it
When you sell a home anything you may have taken out causing more debt has to be paid off before the title is released...taxes, loans, liens, etc...up your price and pay it off with the excess!
