Does anyone know where I can find an inexpensive wing chair upholsterer in Salem, Oregon?

Question:I am looking to find someone who will re-upholster my wing back chair that will not cost me big bucks. I live in Salem, Oregon. I got the chair for $5 and I have a sheet over it and would like to have it redone, it needs it bad. It is a good chair.

So if anyone knows of a person or place, please let me know or if anyone knows where I can get step by step instructions on how to do it myself that would be great.
