Did we get a good deal on our new roof?
Question:we have a colonial, the size of the roof is 1000 sq feet. Hanson is the company and they are doing a tear off, new gutters, dimensional shingles, flashing and roof vents. $4200. 30 year guarantee. what do you think?

Depends where you live. !000 sq ft is 10 square of roofing. Average per square is $420.00. I would not consider that inexpensive. If you didn't get competing bids you will never know.
Other factors like the steepness of the roof. How complex the style, which are unknown to me all are considerations.
