Buy grout stainer at home depot, then ya just put it on =)
There are some prepackage stains that you can use, or you can get powdered color from most masonry/brick/sand & gravel yards that you can mix with water. The tile is then masked off and you can apply the stain color with a brush or a sponge. Be careful adnd take your time not to get it on the tile so you don't have to spend forever cleaning it up.
